The designer of these impressive scissors has over 30 years of experience in cutlery design & manufacturing and several patents in this field.  He was asked by the US GSA to revise the government specifications for scissors and rewrote them in 1986.  He has consulted and worked with scissor factories all over the world, including El Salvador, England, Finland, Japan, New Zealand, Sweden, and Taiwan.
